RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Nisarga, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. We offer a hassle-free return policy where a coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be provided for future purchases.

Return Process

Step 1: Inform Us

  • Email us at support@houseofnisarga.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Share the product name and images for approval.

Step 2: Return

  • Once approved, ship the product back in its original, unused condition with intact packaging within 5 days of approval.

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for returns.

  • Ensure safe packaging; damaged returns will not be accepted.

  • Please Note that Customised products cannot be returned or refunded. However we will do alterations for customised products where we will bear the extra shipping costs.

Step 3: Refund

  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will issue a refund coupon code for the product value within 3 working days.

  • The coupon code will be valid for 1 year and can be used on future purchases.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded via coupon code or the original payment mode (with a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges).


Refunds

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued as a coupon code only.

  • The coupon code is valid for 1 year and can be used once.

Deductions

  • ₹250 deduction for prepaid orders not accepted due to forward and return shipping costs.

  • If an order is placed using a refund coupon code and not accepted, the coupon will expire and cannot be reused.

  • A 5% deduction applies for payment gateway charges if an online payment fails and requires a refund.

  • If shipping charges were waived as part of an offer, ₹125 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • A customer who has used a refund code to place an order can receive a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order.


Return Eligibility

  • All products purchased from our website are eligible for return in exchange for a coupon code.

  • Used, damaged, or improperly packaged products are NOT eligible for returns.

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery and received by us within 5 days.

  • Quality concerns do not qualify for monetary refunds, but replacements or coupon codes will be provided.


Processing Time

  • Refund coupon codes are issued within 3 working days of receiving the returned product.

  • A refund coupon cannot be combined with other offers.


Damaged Items

At Nisarga, we ensure strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product, follow these steps:

Step 1: Report Damage

  • Email support@houseofnisarga.com with clear images or an unboxing video of the damaged product within 48 hours.

  • Our team will verify and respond within 48 hours.

Step 2: Pickup

  • If approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • If the pickup fails due to unavailability, you must ship the product back at your expense.

Step 3: Resolution

  • We will send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund coupon code valid for 1 year.

  • No direct refunds will be provided.
