Online Account

Damaged Products

We conduct rigorous quality checks before dispatching products. However, damages occurring in transit after shipment are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with another piece of the same or similar kind based on stock availability. Kindly email us at Support@houseof nisarga.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the damaged item. Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery three times. If the order is not collected, it will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order upon your request for an additional ₹250 charge. All Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after full online payment, including additional shipping charges.
