Online Account

As a registered user, you are required to log in to https://houseofnisarga.com/ using your email ID and a password of your choice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any order placed through your login ID will be considered as placed by you and will be processed accordingly.

Terms of Operations

www.nisargasarees.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel any of its services at any time without prior notice. However, all outstanding orders will be fulfilled or fully refunded. We also reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at any time without assigning any reasons. www.nisargasarees.com shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of its website.

Warranty and Liability

Nisarga Saree will not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the products shipped to customers. We accept no liability for any delay or failure in fulfilling obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged Products

We conduct rigorous quality checks before dispatching products. However, damages occurring in transit after shipment are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with another piece of the same or similar kind based on stock availability. Kindly email us at Support@houseofnisarga.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the damaged item. Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery three times. If the order is not collected, it will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order upon your request for an additional ₹250 charge. All Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after full online payment, including additional shipping charges.

My love for sarees began long before I truly understood their charm. As a little girl, I would watch my mother drape her saree every morning — each fold, each pleat, a quiet rhythm of elegance. There’s a picture of us when I was just three, wrapped in her warmth, her saree brushing against me like a comforting embrace. By the time I was eight, I was already draping sarees myself, imitating my mother with pride — a memory captured in another cherished photograph.

Years later, in November 2022, I turned this lifelong love into something special — Nisarga. Inspired by the Sanskrit word for nature, Nisarga reflects the essence of creation itself — a tribute to women, who are at the heart of nurturing, strength, and beauty. Just as nature flourishes with diversity, I wanted Nisarga to celebrate the many shades of womanhood — powerful yet graceful, traditional yet modern.
